You might consider a Ruger American. Mine shoots all 10 varieties of .22 Magnum I have on hand well, and some very well. Have also heard from a number of other RAR .22 Mag owners and most others also shoot well.
The RAR doesn't have a tube magazine but not many people have much against the Ruger 10/22 magazine it uses.
