I got my son a youth 870 camo 20ga and the barrel/action does tend to rust slightly and I got to keep it oiled. Unlike my other rifles/shotgun this one rusts slightly. Apparently Remington is cutting corners this way and I was hoping Remington wised up and made some changes to this but apparently they have not and with them charging over $1k for this shotgun you bought why not make some improvements. This is why I am looking at something else for a scattergun.
