Simms is head and shoulders above the competition when the it comes waders and customer service. I've had the same pair for over twelve years of very hard use without a leak. I once bulled through a huge stand of thornbrush when my first pair was brand new and I put a number of pinpricks in it.

I contacted the company and they told me to send them back for repairs. They overnighted me anther set so I would have something to use while the original pair was being repaired. When they sent the originals back to me they let me keep the replacements.

Prior to Simms, I was buying a new set of waders every year or two because no other brand would last me an entire season. I am very hard on waders. I'll never buy another brand (may not need to anyway as tough as these are) they have a loyal customer for life with me.

They may be expensive at the outset but when you break down the price on an annual basis, they are actually cheaper than less expensive brands that have to be replaced more often.
