Oh, man. That is the one (and only) thing I miss about milking cows.
Grab a tall 16 oz SS tumbler. Sqeeze it full, straight from the teat. Suck the foam off the top of the glass.

Milk will never taste the same again, as it does in that first ten seconds after the cow. As the best of the aromatics quickly dissapate.
