That's not the harm that is contemplated. The harm that is contemplated is that local police may not be able to do their jobs properly because now they would have additional responsibilities in assisting ICE agents.

BS. All they have to do is call ICE and hold them for pick-up. Nobody is asking them to be border patrolmen.

Additionally, it could also produce a situation whereby minority community members would be dissuaded from calling the police to report crimes, fires, emergencies etc. for fear of bringing law inforcement and emergency service agents into their community.

Then they need to get their illegal asses out of our country. Nobody forced them to break the law and risk deportation by staying here illegally.

These issues, along with the the constitutionality of Trump's order will be decided by a trial court at a later date. Then an appeals court, then the SCOTUS if it gets that far.

I'm familiar with the challenge and appeals process.
