Generally Sierra for me on the Missouri deer. .224 55 Gameking, .243 85 grain Varminter SP, 100 GK or PH, .257 90 HPBT, 100 ProHunter, 117 GameKing, .277 110 ProHunter and 130 Gameking (this is one whitetail hammering SOB).
Partitions in my 22-250 quite a bit, not sure they work a whole lot better than a 55 Gameking but the place I have to use my 22-250 has a lot of 25 yard shots or so and the Partition gives me piece of mind on shoulder shots.
