Yes sir, it does. I shot a lot more Lyman 358477, but carry the 170's when out and about. I'm of the opinion that the 358429, and it' ilk, will do everything and anything you could want a 38/357 to do. As I've aged, 38/357 has taken over control. There just isn't a much better behaved cartridge than the 38 special, in my opinion.
