The first one is very tempting but you are shooting a 270WSM and those velocities are very close to a plain 270.
If you don't care about that then I'd pick the first one and call it doen but otherwise you need to test some more.

My grouping got tighter with the hotter, faster load than the first pic. At almost 3400 fps is kickin a regular 270 A$$
