Well, when I got my wife to get me a Browning Low Wall in .260, I kinda had it in mind as a "stalking rifle". I think it would also work well for you as a still hunting rifle. Moving from 1/4 cock to cocked is pretty quite. You can find them every now and then on GunsAmerica. Might check Gunbroker, too. And......
