I have tried a few different bullets and weights threw my gun to get a "feel" for what she likes. The 165 Sierra BTHP at 3200 fps got .750 groups on average at 100 yards. The 150gr Sierra BTSP at 3300 fps got .470 at 100 yards on average. The 180's from Remington at 2812 or 2910fps got around .870 at 100 yards on average. Each of these loads was fired at least one box (20 rnds) from a cold barrel and limited to 3 shot strings and a complete cool down before the next sting begain.

I have not "pumped up" the 180's to see what happened at a faster velocity. I have only one real gun shop around who supplies reloading equipment. So my choices would be from Nosler, Sierra and Hornady.
