Late bloomer i m not CMG but im using too the paring, the butcher and lambskinner (seems good guides are doing the same way lol ...) there is no kit but if you try those names and victorinox you ll find them.

or another way trying to find a Pro-Kitchen shop in your area. they certainly have them.
