did three hogs for me with nothing more than a few hits with the steal. Convinced me enough that I ordered a set of dropped combos from Gene and then bought a different to use for the next 3 years while I wait.

it did help in the kitchen making a lot of this

but for the most part I used an OLD Case brand fillet knife for de-boning.
