Already tried that first. That's where I got the quick answer, "sorry have the person who got the offer call..." Try extension 2 as I did. I had to do that in order to correct an error in my address to which Life Member mail was going, and because extension 3 closes at 5 pm EST. The nice lady was delighted to sign up my young son as a new Life Member.
