I agree with that also. My assertion that it would okay as long as felons were dealt with severely, was because of my honest opinion, formed by professional experience, that almost all drug addicts either kill themselves through abuse or commit other felonies.

Execute burglars, robbers, murders and rapists, and there would be little reason to prosecute drug offenders.
