I've ben having the same trouble if it is. Adaware, malwarebytes, and AVG full paid version can't find it on my PC, which would make sense if it's on the 24hcf server. It's a PITA.
That's it. That's the main culprit on my PC and Norton doesn't stop it. The other PC that has Avast has never been bothered by it, that I'm aware of. I sometimes use it but usually the kids do. It may just be that I don't surf here enough using that computer, to have gotten the avaz on it.
