You're running the H4895 full throttle, that's why you're getting the speed.

Is your rifle telling you to stop adding powder to the Varget load? I think you should have some headroom left. In my factory Remingtons I typically use a charge of 46 grains of Varget in WW brass under 165 grain bullets.
