A long throat in my factory rem vtr has it asking for at least an extra grain of powder no matter what brand the powder. Add in win cases and it needs another grain.
H4895 can run pretty hot sometimes especially near Max. A while back I tried identical wt charges of h4895 and i4895 in my 06 w/110s. The h4895 ran almost 2oo fps faster.
