As we (and our ladies) get older, keeping a tight waistline and flat stomach is generally going to be a good goal. Due to genetics and diet/exercise habits, some ladies are going to have ample curves, even with a tight waist. Nobody calls these ladies "fat", even though their bottoms may be bigger than the next girl, who is chubby and out of shape. It would be wonderful if we had a nationwide epidemic of folks with trim mid-sections and generous curves, but I don't see that being the case. Our problem these days is that many people can't even find their mid-sections and are so "curvy" that they are just lumpy spheres.
