My 375 is a very similar modern copy of the Alaskan in a previous post.

I have a new 375 Alaskan, with Talley low QD's. I have a Zeiss HD5 3-15 with the lock turrets on it. It's setup as a do everything rifle. I will eventually buy a wide backup scope if I ever get a chance at Africa or something, but right now, the 3 power on this scope is about the same as it is on the Leupold 2.5-8 that has been so successful for so many people, and I can use 10x on the scope and have the eye relief very generous.

The 15x I have found useful at the range, so overall, the package is really flexible. But it depends on what you have planned for the rifle. Like I said, mine is a 'one gun for all' solution, but your vision might be different.
