I could afford a house more than twice the size of my current one and buy a new loaded truck for me or car for my wife. Instead, we've got our kids in private school that has an excellent reputation for it's academics and scholarships records. And, they don't teach that crap. The "I could have this or that" doesn't bother us one bit as I know I'm investing in my children's future.
