This all goes back to, don't defend your self, call teacher, call the police, you are to do exactly what the school(Gov) tells you to do. Don't use violence of any kind. We will take care of you from cradle to grave. Just vote democrap.

Evidently from what little I heard about it; the word was passed on that sinking ferry ship in South Korea that everyone was to stay calm and stay put. Same with a lot of folks in the twin towers, Rick Rescorla got his people out because he had pre-instructed all the employees to just get up and leave after the first bombing in the basement.
