SAF Sues California Attorney General Over Waiting Period Statute
The Second Amendment Foundation, Calguns Foundation and three California citizens have filed a federal lawsuit against the California Department of Justice and Attorney General Kamala Harris, challenging the state�s requirement that current gun owners wait at least ten days before taking possession of any additional firearm.
