I have one coming in Monday that has me stumped! It is a National Match that is a 46' and is perfect save a small black diamond inlay,I can get past that as all shooters of the day like to add their 'touch', What really has me stumped is the fact that the owner does not think action is clip slotted! I have never seen a pre-war 06 std, target or bull that was not clip slotted! Im pouring thru Mr Rules book and will probably put in a call to him as he is ,has been a good guy to me.I have good relationship with seller and he understands I will turn gun around if I am not 100% happy. Can any of you folks shed light. For the life of me I cannot see a fellow with a NM barrel and stock screwing it on a std action! I will also check trigger as it should have an upside down capital 'T' stamped in it as well! very best and thanks in advance for any info, WinPoor
