Cooked a big london broil last night and it turned out pretty good. I lit the Egg about an hour before I put the meat on and had no bad taste this time. Did a reverse sear on it and it worked great.
I won't be wronged. I won't be insulted. I won't be laid a-hand on. I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.
