As most of you know, Wisconsin is known as the dairy state. I'm a former farm boy myself. There is no shortage of 5-star cheese stores in our area and I have attached a map, the shaded red areas are where top quality cheese can be found.
I'll be bringing a cheese platter to Savage Fest. Any of you have the courage to try aged brick or limburger? Ping me if you have a favorite cheese and I'll try to locate some.
