halal is the Muzzy term, I prefer the Israeli term "Kosher" Bullet...LOL
Interesting read on how livestock is slaughtered. I found it most interesting about WHY the animal should be bled thoroughly...
If all vessels are not cut, bleeding may be incomplete, causing excessive retention of blood in the tissue, which can result in early spoilage of meat.
