Your photo reminds me of the other day when I was cooking fresh caribou backstrap for Tom and me. I did all the cooking except a few minutes after this. Tom enjoyed the backstrap so much he went and cooked four more steaks.

The only thing I used for seasoning was sea salt. Yum, yum.
