Dunno much about the Apple watch, but the Pebble watch (the thing Apple is ripping off and trying to outsell) can have bigger time digits than any other watch I've ever seen.

Or, if you don't like digits, you can have text. For example, my Pebble right now says:

nine
thirty
one

in letters about that size. Is that easy to read?
