Fault? Arguing over fault at this point is like the passengers and crew of the Titanic arguing who was at fault for not seeing or avoiding the iceberg about 20 minutes after impact.
Let the survivors worry about fault later.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.
