a quick chamber cast could tell you a lot about the throat situation. I have a foul out 3 that works magically on fouled barrels.....but it requires patience. you may also send a plea for a takeoff barrel, that may keep you in the game for cheap. you may also look for a bolt swap in the classifieds, which will save you a bit of coin on bolt work, but require fitting......tough one to win without opening the wallet, and once you do.....a new tube from a decent maker is only a bit more $$ and a truing job is only a bit more $$ and a stock is only a bit more $$ and a........
