Your standard Leupold 3-9 is factory set to be parallax free at 150 yards.

I've never had a parallax issue with standard Leopold at 100 or 200 yards.

I'm wondering if he has a slow twist barrel, or one where the rate of twist lows, or if the muzzle is slightly larger then then the rest of the bore.

Also, he is shooting is Wyoming. I have to wonder if the wind ever broke under 30 mph?
