I typically use the Anza on the far right. Made from a file blade. 2.75 inch blade. Holds an edge quite nicely. However, this year I used the Cold Steel on the far left for my elk. No idea why, I just did.

I think these carbon steel Mora's are under rated. For 10.00 they're a heck of a knife.
