I'm looking for a possible elk rifle. I've been working on a synthetic stock for my MkV Wby, and it appears to have become finicky on me.
And maybe I'm just getting too old, but I'm not into the finicky challenge anymore.
I'll remove some bedding around the barrel shank, and mess with the action screw torque, but I'll not spend a lot of time on it beyond that.
It will shoot, or it will find another home.
