270Win w/2.5-8x Leupold for open country, 358Win carbine w/1.5-5x Leupold for woodlands, 35Rem carbine w/Williams peep sight for the swamps.
All are Remington 7600s.
Pretty good line up there that would cover pretty much anything in NA. With some current downsizing, I am down to 700s in 7/08, 257Roberts and 358Win.
Although I don't use the pumps as much as I did in the past, I have had very good service from this rifle for eastern deer hunting here in Canada. The pump was my grandfather's and will be going to another family member when the proper time comes.
760 Carbine in .308.
SC, your 308 carbine is the "ideal" WT rifle in my book! Looks darn near identical to my .358Win.
Some family member will be very pleased to have Grandpa's gun.
'Tis far better to walk alone than to follow a crowd going the wrong way.
