I used to think paint prep work was the worst part. This is one project where I can see you thinking, man I can't wait until I can prep for paint!

I am duly impressed. To say you'll know the Mach 1 inside and out by the end of the project will be an understatement.

https://secure.yoursole.com/us/mens/footbeds and good socks. I've suffered with arch and heel problems for more than a decade and these help a lot.

Good arch supports, so your weight is carried by your whole foot not just your heel and ball of your foot.

Thanks for sharing the work in progress!

Here's a chunk that came off that rocker.

B pillar repairs.

I decided to fill in the triangle hole in the inner door frame. There is no functional purpose and a little more strength next to the drivers seat should be OK.

There, one step closer to quarter panels.

That's the way the exhaust was when they got the car.

I don't think its going to stay that way.

Buddy of mine had a Hertz Shelby (GT350H) with a Paxton that I drove many years ago, it ran pretty darn good for a blow through set up.

Another buddy has a Vortech on a Keith Craft 347 in a fox body, runs like a bat, but the Vortech is so noisy (even at idle) I wouldn't have it.

Have another buddy with a BMW M3 with the Active Autowerke "Prima Plus" supercharger system, it screams and is quiet even at 8+ pounds of boost.

I think a Paxton just looks better, on a vintage mustang, than a more modern supercharger.
