Sadly, he is mistaken about Claiborne.
Remember, Claiborne keep his name out of the dirt for a long time because he didn't screw 'everybody'. He kept enough supporters to be able to continue his crooked ventures with others.

You should explain that to the elderly people he victimized and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Insurance Division; perhaps it's all just a misunderstanding on their part.
