Mark does not have to defend himself on the 'fire. He is a good guy and as honest as anyone I have ever dealt with and I have never heard anything differently from others.
You should explain that to the elderly people he victimized and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Insurance Division; perhaps it's all just a misunderstanding on their part. They must not realize he is a good guy.
