Given Mark's verified record of cheating and lying, you may have been luckier than many others if you haven't had any problems with him.

If you choose to continue to do business with him, the future might not be so kind to you. IMO, anybody with Mark's record of scamming his insurance clients should be shunned, but I've never done any business with Mark, all I know about him is what I've read on this site.

Agreed.

I'm not sure how anyone could do business with a man who has pulled half the stuff Safariman has.

maybe he didn't like the people he scammed

Or maybe he was just a run of the mill con-man?

He was certainly an arrogant person. People coming out of a bankruptcy action usually keep a pretty low profile and don't flaunt their new Harleys in the faces of the people who held them in debt until the bankruptcy court discharged those debts. If he'd owned me money, got the debt discharged through the bankruptcy court, and immediately had enough money or credit to buy new his and her's Harleys, I'd have asked the court to reopen the case. Mark claimed to be a religious man, so he surely knew that pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.
