Thanks for posting. I will try it with the grandkids! I left them down frying too long. They got crisp a bit. As soon as they start to brown, flip them. Don’t overcook. Try a couple first and adjust cooking time accordingly

What type of GF flour are you using? Looks tasty. We perfected a baking flour years ago and use it in all of our desserts For something commercial, I’d recommend the King Arthur or a 1 to 1, cup for cup product
