Radish and finely sliced cabbage are two items we use. Also, good squeeze of lime juice at each place setting. Really looks good. Our is verde this year.

Wife’s family makes killer posole. They send bags of ground chile powder up from Taos on occasion and I’ll make up a batch. Love it.

Instead of pressuring the chunks of pork butt in water, use chicken broth
Use NM Red Chile Sauce made from the pods for best results, not red Chile powder
