Sorry you feel that way . Think the pictures were if you looked the part of Big Bore??? As stated alot of kick from some of your picks. Shootin a rifle once or twice in a Big, Big bore is different then shootin it good. Bench time is one big thing to shoot well and the recoil is a punch for sure after 20 rounds. Don't go driven a dirt road if you don't want mud on the tires!! Why not start over and leave out sleepin bag girlie stuff. Good stuff here on the campfire you'll like hangin out here....later

From the way you describe yourself I'd say the boys in Montana are a lucky bunch.

Mam;
I'd suggest leaving the ennuendo in the ladies room and let's talk rifles and cartridges.
I would not feel the least bit under gunned carrying a Winchester 1886 light weight in 45-70 or a Winchester 95 in 405 for hunting anything on this continent. I have a spare Winchester 95 in 30-06 that one of these days I'll convert to 375 Whelen.

Just because you are a limp wimp and cannot shoot more than .270 don't mean we are all like you!

I know that big strong guys have much more trouble with recoil than I...they try to fight it, bully it ,macho man stuff. No, you must flow, go with it, let your body roll with they wave and like Akido, redirect, yep, weight forward, for sure, stock firmly planted, exhale-sgueeze-flow with it.

Video of a lady about your weight shooting a 416 in a CZ. This was taken a year ago at our get together. I am sure you could do it but I doubt you could do it ten times at the range on sight in day.

If you are real and asking a real question I would recommend you get something along the line of a 30-06 or 308 then learn to shoot it. Marksmanship is a lot more important than brute power. I once new a man who ran a trapline in Alaska. Killed grizzly and moose with an old Winchester 32-20. He died of old age. My wife's first husband used a 22 rimfire to kill moose when they lived in Alaska.

The internet is a creepy place, some guy decided to write posts as a woman, decideds to try to get some boys riled up by talking about camping nekkid, and then starts arguments. Somewhere there is a little girl inside kicking and screaming to come out of that man shaped closet. No site is safe.

Yah, remember smart ass, all the S&W 500's are ported for bitches! None of the Ruger's Casulls are factory ported, and mine damn sure isn't. wink

My wife doesn't get up to 124 that I can ever recall, and has shot everything up to a 50 bmg and 460 wtby wihtout issues... but I digress.

This is a setup y'all. Just be careful.

5' 5" and 124 lbs ? Sounds like a fat bitch to me anyway. My old lady is 5-8 and 120. I don't have any use for fat angry beavers.
