Glut tare is starting to feel real good finally and a hard row brings back a twinge, so I've backed off for now. laissez les bons temps rouler

I need to start working the gristle with a lacross ball but have been to lazy to do it regularly. Stuff sucks.

If followed it is a lifestyle that I or few could continually dedicate myself to. Still worth the price for examples of great cardio/weights examples. laissez les bons temps rouler
