Yesterday - took the pooch for a walk with a 45lb pack looking for turkeys and sheds. Followed that with 4 hours cutting down trees for deer cover improvement.
First run outside this morning. 2 miles at a 9:30 pace. Weights tonight after trap practice.

Yesterday afternoon: 13.3 at an 8:25 average followed by a light weight/high rep chest workout.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
200m med ball run, 20# Dumbbell clean and jerk ladder, 1 ladder Farmers Walk 100m, 53# kbs
The dumbbell ladder starts at 40#
Post rounds to comments.
Made it through 4+ rounds. Worked up to 70# DBs on the ladder each round. Failed at 100#.

Cardio yesterday. Had to stop at the 55:00 mark, too many women crowded around.

No doubt you went hypoxic. Didn't you notice you were on the floor and they were all dressed in EMT blue uniforms?
Prayers sent.

5x1 run completed at a 7:44 average. I'm starting to be able the nose breathe again.
Back/arms after. Went light on the back (upped reps, though) as it felt a little tender after yesterday's slip on some ice on a trail run.

I was forced inside yesterday due to weather.....so:
Weighted incline workout on the treadmill for 3 miles at variable elevation in excess of 8%. 5 sets: 10 pull ups 20 burpees 30 flutter kicks 40 squats Core work to round it out
Full disclosure......I skipped my 6 miles today to get caught up on a bunch of yard work. I will repent with 14 tomorrow.

NH K9- You have more gumption and lungs than I do. Well done.
Warmup: 3 min Row Pushup/Pullup mobility stuff
Strength/Skill: Split Jerk 3-3-3-3 135-135-185-185
Workout: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
185# Split Jerk, 6 reps alternating feet every rep; Row 500m 15 Pull Ups (jumping)
1 full round and 150m into second row. I made it a bit farther last year with this workout, but then I only did 155# on the split jerks. So, I am stronger, but not sure about faster.

14 in the books as penance . Followed it with an arm workout. Not overly impressed with the weights, but I struggled through. Full disclosure, even if a bit embarrassing compared to normal. Close grip bench: 3x10 (105,115,125) with two "rest pause" sets to failure. Seated Dumbell Overhead Tri Extension: 3x10 (45,50,50) with two drop sets to failure. Tri Pulldowns: 3x10 (60,70,70) with two drop sets to failure Barbell Curl: 3x10 (65,70,75) with two rest pause to failure. Incline dumbbell curl: 3x10 (30,35,35) with two drop sets Preacher Curl: 3x10 (50,60,60) with two drops the failure. George
