I would take GOOD TRIGGER out of the equation completely. The other 4 factors are things that contribute to mechanical accuracy, which is different in how well someone can shoot a particular rifle.
The trigger comes in with how well an individual can shoot a particular rifle but has really nothing to do with mechanical accuracy.
Point being, I don't care how good the trigger is if the bedding is [bleep], the crown is at a 45 degree angle, etc etc.
