Stress on the action is different than fore end pressure. You torque the action down the tip pressure isn't as much. I've never used tip pressure so can't say for sure. I do know blackheart is making a azz of himself.
Here's a hint dipshyt. You CANNOT torque down the action screws on a rifle with forend tip pressure without putting stress on barrel, action and stock.
