I'm thinking of tossing in the towel as the FN TSR as a .223 utility set up.
The scope mount holes are not the same as standard M70 and even the low rings seems to get the scope too high for non 50mm bell size.
The FN .223 is just not a hunting utility type set up no matter how hard I try and make it be one
