Slow is good. The barrel actually likes 454 casul but I'm trying to avoid the short case long jump and the crud build up.
The primary area I hunt has max shots to 45 yards with the possibility of a good sized bear that I'm trying to talk myself into shooting or not shooting depending on the day and how much I want to work to get it out.
I bought gas checks and will try to find a lube/sizing die to fit them.
