I don't think it will get the highest velocity, but for the best accuracy on 2 of my 06's H4895. The highest velocity can easily be seen in reloading manuals.
I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally
