I have several rifles chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and the out of the box rifle that I like the best is the Vanguard2. For under $1K, you could buy a V2 and put it in your favorite style of McM stock.
On their website, Ruger is showing a non-cataloged special run of standard RARs, not the heavier predators, with desert sand color cerakote metal and a camo stock that look like a winner.
