Want to work up a load for a new to me pre-64, 300 Win Mag. In my Nosler #7, it lists 75.0-79.0 for RL22 and a 165 grain. Barnes is showing 68.5-76.1 for RL22 and the 165 grain TTSX specifically.
Does it make sense that there would be that much difference between the recommended load for the Nosler AB/BT/PT and the TTSX?
Will plan to go with the Barnes data at this point. Any experience with this specific load would be appreciated. Any advice on seating depth, off the lands?
